The episode kicks off with the captaincy task. Kunikaa asks Zeishan not to target her tiles, but Zeishan refuses and tells her not to boss him around. Kunikaa insists again, saying he can't break her tiles. Tanya tells Kunikaa she's not allowed to participate, but Kunikaa says she will step in if Zeishan tries anything. This sparks a heated argument between Zeishan and Kunikaa.
Ashnoor tries to reason with Tanya. Amaal says he wants a fair captain, to which Kunikaa replies that he can do whatever he likes. Meanwhile, Abhishek also seeks support from the others. Ashnoor reassures Tanya that she's always there to listen to her outside of the game.
Kunikaa gets upset with Amaal for giving tiles to Ashnoor and says Zeishan’s true colors are now showing. Amaal criticizes Zeishan for being too loud, and Mridul says he won’t support Zeishan either.
Later, Zeishan tells Abhishek to understand the game’s strategy. A fight breaks out when Baseer accuses Abhishek of inappropriate behavior. Zeishan and Amaal talk about how Baseer will only realize his mistakes once Kunikaa nominates him. Eventually, Tanya announces Kunikaa as the new captain, praising her for her dedication.
As captain, Kunikaa starts assigning duties. She asks Gaurav to cook, but he refuses, saying he can’t cook Indian food. She then assigns him to clean the washroom, which he also refuses. He accuses Kunikaa of acting like a dictator. Zeishan sides with Gaurav, suggesting the usual people should continue doing that duty, but Kunikaa firmly assigns toilet cleaning to both Gaurav and Zeishan.
Meanwhile, Nehal questions Tanya for not responding to her greeting. Tanya explains it wasn’t intentional, but Nehal says she’ll stay cautious around her. Tanya complains about the drama, and Neelam tells her to cool down.
Later, Tanya shows off about cleaning the garden. Pranit tells her to use her hands for the work. They exchange playful jabs, with Pranit joking about Tanya’s luxurious lifestyle.
Bigg Boss then announces the opening of the App Room, where viewers will vote weekly for one contestant to access various apps through “Kya Bolti Public” on Jio Hotstar.
Farhana pleads not to be picked for the "Bakwaas App." Bigg Boss tells her that her pick for the App Room will secure her re-entry into the house. Farhana selects Gaurav.
Gaurav enters the App Room and receives the Bakwaas App. He must choose between keeping the weekly ration or letting Farhana re-enter the house. Gaurav chooses Farhana, who thanks him for bringing her back.
Farhana returns, surprising everyone. Bigg Boss reminds the housemates that she had been observing everything from the Secret Room and knows who nominated whom. The housemates guess correctly that she’s the returning contestant.
Farhana reunites with Tanya and Gaurav but soon clashes with Baseer. Amaal and Baseer believe Farhana will now support Gaurav. Gaurav tells Tanya she’s a gaslighter but adds that this trait might help her win. Amaal tells Mridul that Gaurav is smart and diplomatic.
Kunikaa and Gaurav try to resolve past issues but end up arguing again. Amaal also mentions that Nehal seems diplomatic.
Farhana advises Zeishan not to trust Baseer or others too easily. She confronts Pranit about his harsh jokes and calls him a follower of Baseer. Pranit fires back, calling her an attention seeker, leading to another argument.
Kunikaa scolds Abhishek for not completing his tasks. He ignores her, prompting her to withhold his food. Abhishek decides to only eat fruits and warns her not to push it.
Farhana discusses the earlier food issue between Zeishan, Kunikaa, and Gaurav. She tells Gaurav that Kunikaa tried to turn Nehal against him. She encourages Gaurav to be more assertive, saying he and Zeishan are strong players who could even be good allies.
Gaurav tells Zeishan that Kunikaa has been manipulating Nehal. Zeishan agrees, saying Farhana already informed him.
Meanwhile, Kunikaa still refuses to give Abhishek food. He chooses to eat only fruits again, and she warns he won’t get food the next day either.
Zeishan says Kunikaa acts like she’s running a school, and Farhana agrees, saying it’s time to challenge her authority.
